A big 'thank you' to our friends for having kept these precious photos from our younger years. For those of us who were there, the images are a window to the wondrous age when it was OK to be silly. The pictures will have worked their magic if they can bring you the same kind of vivid, happy memories of growing up. I'd like to think that the bonds and affections that brought us together so long ago remain impervious to time and distance.
Merci mille fois à nos amis d' avoir gardé ces photos précieuses de notre jeunesse. Pour nous qui étions là, elles permettent de sauvegarder, et peut-être revivre un peu le bel âge où nous n' avions pas peur de faire l' idiot. Que ces mêmes images puissent évoquer en vous des souvenirs d' adolescence tout aussi vifs et heureux. J' aime croire que ni le temps, ni l' écart géographique n' a pu amoindrir la chaleur de nos sentiments.
